Elevate your diving experience with the SSI Advanced Adventurer course, where you’ll embark on minimum five dives exploring various specialty activities like deep diving, underwater photography, wreck diving, and more. Delve into the diverse aspects of diving beyond mere sightseeing, discovering the array of skills and adventures it offers. This course enhances your confidence, expands your diving horizons, and opens up a world of exciting possibilities underwater.

During the Advanced Adventurer Open Water Diver course, you’ll work closely with your Instructor to master deep and navigation Adventure Dives, enhancing your confidence and refining essential advanced skills. Following this, you can select three more dives from a wide range of over 15 Adventure Dives to complete your course. Dive into thrilling options like night dives (available on liveaboards), exploring wreck sites, studying marine life, experiencing drift dives, boat diving, and more. The course promises an exciting journey into the depths of diving, offering a comprehensive and enriching experience for all adventurers.

Should you not want to choose online learning:

If you prefer not to engage in digital learning, we recommend staying near Sunrise Divers (located at Karon Beach) for your Advanced course (PADI courses only). It’s advisable to visit our shop a day before your diving to finalize paperwork, receive your course manual, and try out equipment. On diving days, we provide hotel pick-up at 7:30 am from Karon or Kata Beach hotels, with the option for pick-up from Patong as well. Additional pick-up fees may apply for other areas in Phuket. Prepare for seamless and convenient diving arrangements with us!

Transfer by minibus to Thap Lamu Pier 2 hours

7:30 – 7:45am

Pick up from hotels in Khao Lak
Transfer by minibus to Thap Lamu Pier 20 minutes

*Pick up free from Chalong, Kata, Karon, Patong in Phuket or beaches in the south of Khao Lak. Other areas have a fee of about 500 Baht per person for transfer. Please check with us if your hotel is in a free pick up area and be sure you are aware of extra fees before booking

You can get started on your Advanced Open Water Diver course any time with PADI as well – this can save you holiday time – if you have completed all the theory in advance, you’ll be ready to get straight into the water, no messing around in classrooms on holiday, plus with eLearning you can do the theory in your own time. The charge for the PADI eLearning is about 150 US$ extra – this is paid to PADI, not to Sunrise Divers. Here in Phuket we’ll complete the course in 2 days, with no classroom work except a quick review quiz.
